Savior's City

Prelude I: Dallas’ Monologue

‘Last April, daytime
I thought you were mine…
Last April, daytime
I thought I crossed the line…

But you changed,
You never stayed the same.
Jenny, you changed,
I hoped you’d stay the same, but…

I live with pain and depression,
But without you…
I live with jeans and the newest fashion,
But I miss you…’

Prelude II: Jenny’s Monologue

‘Drunk and half-way dead,
You drove black and red.
Drunk and never coming back,
You drove black and red.

But this car never slowed down,
And we never seemed to drown.
But this racing car never stopped,
And there’s no booking for love…

Just drop your speed,
Just search for what you need.
You need me,
I know you need me…

Dallas, I need…’

Prelude III: Savior’s City’s Monologue

It’s such a sad story,
And no one could stay
To see how Dallas and Jenny
Just slipped away…

Chapter I: Meeting With An Accident

Never ever should we…
Never ever should we talk…

Savior’s City’s streets
Are broken and bleed,
But between the streets and sidewalks,
There’s so much dark…

Savior’s City’s streets
Are broken, but beat…
Beat like a heart,
There’s so much dark…

It’s the day
Jenny meets with an accident,
It’s the day,
We all cry for our innocents.

Dallas drove too fast
And wished he could change the past.
Dallas just drove too unsafely,
It’s the day, Jenny…

Jenny was the girl next door,
The girl he often met before…
Jenny was the girl next door,
He ever looked for…

Now all love letters and calls
Don’t mean anything at all.
Now all love letters and calls
Don’t mean anything at all.

On Savior’s City’s streets,
Dallas cries and bleeds…
Now in Savior’s City,
Dallas is going to die today.

Suicide the only escape,
Escape to a place…
A place where Jenny
Just casts him away…

Chapter II: Love At First Glance

21st of November
A day she will always remember…
21st of November
A day that will always curse her…

She cherishes the sidewalks
By walking on them,
She cherishes the hearts
By thinking of them.

Do you believe in love at first glance?
Do you believe…?
Do you believe in love at first glance?
Do you…?

She believed and hoped to find
Someone she could call ‘mine’…
She believed and hoped to find
For so long time… for so long time…

21st of November,
She will always remember…

The day she met the boy,
The boy she always dreamt of…
The day she met the boy,
The boy she always hoped for…

Love at first glance,
And they danced and danced…
Love at first glance,
And they danced and danced until the end…

Chapter III: Forget The Past

He left his home,
Mom and dad and is alone.
Alone by his own…
Dallas left his home.

He moved to Savior’s City
To begin a new life and to walk away,
Walk away from his past,
And tried to forget.

Never again should he…
Never again should he shed a tear…

He tried to leave the past behind,
Behind his tortured mind…
He tried to leave the past behind,
Behind this mistaken time…

Chapter IV: Run, Boy!

He was the novice
And she was the dangerous…
He was the maniac
And she was the gorgeous…

One sight could change a life
And she changed so much tonight…
One sight could lead to death,
But she thought it was worth her breath.

She fell in love forever and a day,
Loved him so honestly.
She fell in love forever and ever,
And wanted to be together.

She loved him,
She loved him so much.
She loved him,
She loved and would never give up.

Chapter V: Take It Back!

He was afraid of saying the truth,
He was afraid of admitting…

He lost his heart
And gave it her,
He lost his heart,
And gave it her.

His eyes focused on her,
(Don’t give it her…)
His senses concentrated on her,
(Don’t ever give it her…)

His love made him numb,
And this city gave him new chances…
His love made him numb,
And he only thought of romances…

Chapter VI: Moments And Early Graves

It was Monday,
As Dallas moved to Savior’s City.
It was Sunday,
As Jenny just faded away.

Jenny saw her new neighbor
The boy next door.
She knew he’d be the right,
The right for cold days and long nights.

It was the 21st of November,
And also Dallas will always remember…

She fell in love
Like leaves that fall down,
She fell in love
Like hearts that drop down…

‘Jenny, I’m sorry,
But I couldn’t ever say,
Why I walked away
From home and the verity.

Jenny, I’m sorry,
But I couldn’t ever say,
I would never walk away
From you, my butterfly…’

Chapter VII: Her Heart Impacted On Fears

Too beautiful and too weak,
Too shy to speak,
Too beautiful and too weak,
Too shy to speak…

Jenny was the girl
That shouldn’t live in this cruel world,
She was the innocent
We’ve lost her in an accident.

Jenny was the girl
That no one saw in this world,
She never wanted to be alone again,
And soon Dallas became her only friend.

But she never took heart to
Tell him what she wanted…
But she never took heart to
Tell him what she wanted…

It’s such a sad story,
It’s such a sad story.

She was too shy to
Pour her heart out,
She was too shy to
Fly with him on a cloud.

‘Dear diary,
Day after day
I just want to say
I love him anyway.

But with a pounding heart
It’s impossible to talk,
I just wished I could say
Why my words come out wrong…

Day after day…’

Chapter VIII: December Storm

November changed to December
As words became tender,
November changed to December
As they were together.

First snow covered Savior’s City’s Streets,
And Jenny hoped her heart wouldn’t bleed.
First snow covered Savior’s City’s Streets,
As Jenny decided to write it on a sheet.

It was the first love letter,
And she hoped it would matter.
It was the first love letter,
And she prayed she would matter.

‘Dear Dallas…’ she began to write,
‘I think of you every day and every night.
I won’t ever forget the day
I met you and all the other days.’

She kept writing all night,
Searched endlessly for the right.
She kept writing all night long,
And knew where she had to belong.

‘In endless love’ she ended,
And just went to bed.
Tomorrow she would send
And hoped he would write back.

The next day she didn’t dare
To give the love letter
In his letter-box and
Decided to go to the post office instead.

But she made a mistake,
Never knew how to take…
But she made a failure,
Never knew about her Malheur.

Her love letter never got to Dallas,
Because she wrote the false address.
Her love letter never got to Dallas,
It’s like God didn’t bless…

Endlessly, she waited for an answer,
She was too afraid to call his number…
And endlessly, she waited, pour Jenny,
It’s such a sad story…

Chapter IX: Calls For Deaf Ears

Days passed by,
But where was Jenny?
Days were shorter,
And he began to miss her.

Waking up never felt that bad,
Waking up never made him so sad.
Waking up never felt that bad,
Dallas just hoped they didn’t separate.

He couldn’t wait anymore
And decided to call the girl next door,
He didn’t want to wait anymore,
He wanted to see the girl he always waited for.

Dallas took his mobile
And started to dial,
555-487-9
And hoped Jenny was fine.

But it’s such a sad story…

No one answered the phone,
Because it wasn’t Jenny’s home,
No one answered the phone,
And still she was so alone.

He phoned the false number
And the boy couldn’t tell her,
She was the one and only,
‘I love you, my Jenny.’

But no one answered the phone,
And Dallas felt his heart gone,
But no one answered the phone,
And Dallas also wanted to be gone.

Chapter X: From Autumn Depression To The Winter’s Tale

With all her heart,
White enlightened the dark.
With all her heart,
Jenny was ready to take part.

She went to Dallas’ home
And didn’t want to be alone.
She took heart the first time,
‘Today we’ll cross the line.’

Dallas couldn’t believe his eyes,
He’d ever remember this sight.
Jenny never looked so good,
‘Yes, Jenny never looked so good like today…’

With kisses and embracings,
Sweet words and other things,
They should never sink,
They’d always have the greatest wings.

With moments and memories,
Endless nights and days,
They lived in Savior’s City,
Our lovers, Dallas and Jenny…

But… it’s such a sad story,
And there’s no rescue for Dallas and Jenny…

Chapter XI: Sharks With Heavy Hearts

‘Don’t forget your heart…’

We still mourn for Dallas and Jenny
With a memorial in Savior’s City.
We still mourn for Dallas and Jenny
With a requiem in Savior’s City.

Love never left their hearts,
But it changed bright to dark,
Love never left their hearts,
But it changed Jenny’s part.

Prayers light their souls,
Prayers rescue their souls.

Dallas noticed her change,
But couldn’t plead her to stay the same.
Dallas stayed the same,
But was afraid of her change…

Dallas and Jenny
In this tragedy,
Dallas and Jenny
Judged by their destiny.

He never knew of the consequences,
No, he never knew of the consequences.

‘We’re sharks with heavy hearts,
Please don’t ever part.
We’re sharks with heavy hearts,
Please don’t ever part from me.’

Chapter XII: Regards To His Past

A past full of fears,
A past impossible to bear.
A past full of fears,
A past impossible to bear.

Savior’s City the only escape
An escape from this place,
Savior’s City the only escape
From her beautiful face…

He still missed her,
He still missed her…

He never told Jenny,
Why he moved to Savior’s City.
He didn’t want to tell Jenny
Of the girl from the other city...

Love stories with no happy endings,
Love stories with no happy endings.

Never could he talk about his first love
And how his heart stopped.
Never could he talk about the black
And his first heart attack.

Dallas never told Jenny
That he moved to Savior’s City
Because of a love story,
That ended in a tragedy.

Dallas never told Jenny
That his only escape was Savior’s City
From a broken love story,
And a fatal tragedy…

A shattered heart left in regret,
He still couldn’t forget…
A shattered heart left in regret,
He still couldn’t forget his first relief…

Chapter XIII: Reasonable Drowning In Time

It was so hard to surrender,
Dallas just wanted her.
It was so hard to surrender,
And the change chased her.

She wasn’t the girl next door
Or his escape any more.
She wasn’t the girl next door
Or his hope any more.

It was so hard to surrender,
She became a stranger…
It was so hard…
And their hearts parted.

More broken hearts to Savior’s City,
More broken hearts to decay.

Dallas got drunk since she changed,
He missed the routine and the same…
Dallas got drunk and thought of her,
He knew he wouldn’t surrender…

Dallas drowned in his problems,
He hoped he could forget them…
Dallas drowned in his problems,
And Jenny became the victim…

Time repeated,
And his heart stopped to beat.
Time repeated,
And he couldn’t breathe.

Again he missed a girl…
Again missed…
Again he missed a girl…
Again missed to kiss…

Chapter XIV: No Recovery

Too late and too blind,
Jenny couldn’t find…
Too late and too blind,
Jenny couldn’t find a recovery…

No one could save her…
Not even Dallas could…
No one could save her…
Not even Dallas would…

She didn’t feel when Dallas’ heart
Got too broken and parted.
She didn’t feel when Dallas felt alone
And got drunk and drowned.

We pray for our innocent Jenny
And built a cemetery in Savior’s City.
We pray for our innocent Jenny
And dug thousand graves in Savior’s City.

Flooded with regret,
Jenny recognized what she’s left.
Flooded with regret,
She didn’t know she was already dead…

Chapter XV: Drove Black And Red

It was the day,
Dallas drove not safely.
It was the night,
Dallas died from the inside.

Savior’s City’s streets
Tell of broken hearts and bleed,
Savior’s City’s streets,
And all sorrow just repeats…

Savior’s City’s streets
Are as broken as hearts and bleed,
Savior’s City’s streets
And dead love stories just repeat…

He never meant to make it a simple love story,
Because he really loved Jenny.
He never meant to make it a simple love story,
Because Dallas really loved Jenny.

‘Drunk and half-way dead,
You drove black and red.
Drunk and never coming back,
You drove black and red.’

It was the day,
Dallas drove not safely.
It was the day,
Jenny faded away…

Dallas caused a tragedy
And killed our Jenny…
Dallas caused a tragedy
And killed our Jenny…

It was the day,
We all mourn for today,
It was the day,
We all mourn for Dallas and Jenny.

Epilogue I: Escape From A Burden

Dallas couldn’t live with the loss,
His eyes and heart closed.
Dallas couldn’t live in this time,
And he had to do the right.

All his harm reminded him of his first
And how much she cried and hurt.
All his harm reminded him of her end
And how much she cried and pretended.

First love’s words
Were made to hurt,
First love’s words
Were made to hurt…

Dallas lost his first love
Because his car didn’t stop,
Dallas lost his first love
Because his heart didn’t drop.

Two fatal love stories,
Two killed girlies…
Two fatal car accidents,
Two dead innocents…

Savior’s City’s streets cried,
His only salvation was suicide.
Savior’s City’s streets cried,
Two losses in one night…

Not one thousand tears…
Not one thousand tears could bliss this city…
Not one thousand years…
Not one thousand years could release this city…

Epilogue II: An Essay Of Leaving The Loved Ones

There was no room for hope…
No, there was no room for love…

Jenny didn’t want to fight,
Instead she just died.
It was impossible to survive
With all these walls to live.

She never stopped to love him,
She never stopped…
She never stopped to love…
She never stopped to love him endlessly.

Buried with the most beautiful dress,
She never stopped to miss Dallas.
Buried with the most beautiful dress,
She was happy to get killed by Dallas.

We’ve lost the girl next door,
We’ve lost the beauty next door…
We’ve lost the girl next door,
Nothing will ever stay the same anymore.

Epilogue III: Savior’s City’s Prayer

These streets are our remembrance
Of this dead love at first glance.
These streets are our remembrance
Of the lost romance and its dances.

Every step on these streets
Hurts and lets the heart bleed,
Every step on the streets
Hurts and it’s so hard to believe.

No one could stay
To see how they slipped away…
No one could stay
To see how they broke away…

Jenny went to heaven,
Never will she be forgiven.
Jenny went to heaven,
Never will she be forgotten.

But Dallas couldn’t follow her,
His sins never let him stay with her.
Dallas wanted to follow her,
But he couldn’t surrender.

Savior’s City is flooded with sins,
And no love story could ever win…
Savior’s City is flooded with sins,
And no love story could ever win…

Dallas and Jenny,
Two lovers and enemies.

This city is cursed
With all its losses and its hurt…
This city is cursed.

Too Far Gone (Without An Exit)

Young and innocent,
And in an accident.
You and me,
Lost in this tragedy.

We’ve failed again,
(Again and again)
What a terrible end.

Is this our last day,
Until we fade away?
Is this our last day?
Jesus, take us away!

Sin after Sin!
Ain’t sure where we’ve been!

Our defects can’t be cured,
Or be forgiven.
Please tell me,
That we’re still livin’.
Our mistakes bent in regret,
(Two lives surrounded by sins)
God, please forget!

Our hearts gave up and slipped away,
Our love has died, anyway!
Our faith got betrayed,
I’m sure we both have to pray!

Nothing could rescue us from this day,
Maybe not even our faith!
This disaster should end today.

Sin after Sin!
Ain’t sure where we’ve been!
Too far we’ve gone,
And too much we did.
There’s no exit!

Right now, we’re both in danger!
Dangerous dramatics without protection!
Fight the addiction,
In this hopeless night!

Our hearts gave up and slipped away,
Our love has died, anyway!
Our faith got betrayed…
(Jesus!)

Our hearts gave up and slipped away,
Our love has died, anyway!
Our faith got betrayed,
I’m sure we both have to pray!

Nothing could rescue us from this day,
Maybe not even our faith!
This disaster should end today.

There’s no exit!
There’s no exit!
No, there’s no exit!

An AK Is A Dangerous Weapon (And Hearts Are Easy Targets)

You never tried to fix my heart,
You only made it worse.
With all your lies, you’re overrated,
You only made it…

One word can break a man’s believe,
But thus many words we all need.
I had to convince my lungs to breathe,
I had to convince my heart to beat.

Your words were bullets,
That killed my breaths.
Your words were knives,
That cut my wrists every night.

But I still miss you!

You never tried to fix my heart,
You only made it worse.
With all your lies, you’re overrated,
You only made it…

Her grace and face,
Wrote me down this place.
Her grace and face,
Never let me escape!

After you, my heart needs a break,
A break from you and your mistakes.

Never let me pass by,
I swear I’ll be by your side.

She wrote me off,
She wrote me off…
She wrote me off,
She crossed me off!

I try to survive,
I try so hard, I try…
But I can’t never find,
That you were mine…

You never tried to fix my heart,
You only made it worse.
With all your lies, you’re overrated,
You only made it…

Dancing Lessons (Faux Pas)

Dance,
Dance with me
Like it’s our first dance…

This light seems to cut your hair,
I saw that new shirt you wear.
It’s getting tight,
(Maybe too tight?)
Dancing through night,
(Night after night)
Night after night.

Entering the dance floor,
You’re the girl next door.
But how can you say ‘Faux pas’?
Faux pas…

Dance,
Dance with me
Like it’s our first dance…

You leave and light a cigarette,
‘Smoking kills – aren’t we all dead?’
(Aren’t we all dead?)
Acid and sweet,
You’re everything I need!
We’re so last night,
But your eyes are so right,
We’re so last night,
Discern close and tight!

What about the music store?
Or your heart next door?
(Dance like you ever wanted)
I know you were there,
I know you were ever there…

Dance,
Dance with me
Like it’s our first dance…

We’re so last night,
But your eyes are so right,
We’re so last night,
Discern close and tight!

We’re so last week,
With all our secrets,
We’re so last month,
With all our regrets,
We’re so last year,
With all our fears.

We’re so last week,
I know you forget,
We’re so last month,
She won’t love me back,
We’re so last year,
Without me here!

I swore I’d never go away,
But we’re so last day!

I swore I’d never go away,
But we’re so last day!
(Dance,
Dance with me)

I swore I’d never go away,
But we’re so last day!
(Like it’s our first dance…)

I swore I’d never go away,
But we’re so last day!
(Dance,
Dance with me)

I swore I’d never go away,
But we’re so last day!
(Like it’s our first dance…)

Four Gallants

Guten Abend.
Erholsame Tage!
GERALD!

ambivalence

shout it from the rooftops
i lose the girl i never loved
and the liaison will be roved
long 'fore this move stops

i long for an aloof cove
far 'way from all the ifs and whens
far from the dully circumstance
towards i drove

ambivalence
and everythings a blur
a rush of fault runs through my veins
as i the equilibrium
transfer

am i bleak or fully blithe?
am i weak or am i lithe?
am i cash's wiser, weaker man?
can someone tell me who i am?

i'm not the terror that flaps through the night
and i'm not the cold shutter on your back
but i wish i was darkwing duck
and i cried at "meet joe black"

ambivalence
feels both pseudo and real
and does not make no sense
but that is just the deal

To Defy Description

if your thoughts are impacted
'cause of a brain to delude
don't try too hard to defy description.
better start to decipher your mental encryption
to share your body so lewd

kiss my lips and they'll be mute.
